Our Story

From a food bike to a Brussels brunch favourite.

Holy Bagels is the story of Melodie and Jacques, an American bagel lover and a Cameroonian baker. What started as a food bike in Brussels became two warm neighbourhood cafés known for handmade New York style bagels, fresh roasted coffee and a generous brunch atmosphere.

We are proud to collaborate with an independent local roaster, Parlor Coffee, based in Anderlecht, Brussels, to serve freshly roasted specialty coffee.
