Our story
When a coffee-loving baker meets a bagel lover
From Jacques' Cameroonian coffee heritage to Melodie's love of New York-style bagels: discover how Holy Bagels grew out of a Brussels food bike. Today, we serve a single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Cameroon, imported ourselves directly from Cameroonian farmers and roasted by a Brussels-based artisan, Parlor Coffee.
